Our Customer: A fast-growing product company building a customer-facing web platform, where Product, Design, and Engineering iterate in tight, frequent cycles. AI tooling is already embedded in the team’s daily engineering workflow. Your Tasks: * Turn Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready UI, including edge cases (empty, loading, error, responsive states) * Build and maintain scalable, high-quality frontend features using React / Next.js and TypeScript. * Act as technical anchor: review code, plan work independently, contribute to architecture decisions. * Proactively identify gaps and edge cases beyond ticket requirements. * Close, continuous collaboration with Product, Design, and QA in a fast-iteration environment. * Write and maintain automated tests (Jest / Playwright or equivalent) * Use AI development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) in daily engineering work.
Required Experience and Skills: * 5+ years of hands-on frontend development experience with strong JavaScript expertise. * 2+ years of that experience specifically with React * Deep Next.js experience (SSR/SSG, App Router, edge/runtime). * Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript. * Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS * Experience translating Figma (or similar) designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready UI * Experience with a React state management solution such as Zustand (or Redux Toolkit, Jotai, Recoil, MobX). * Experience with modern UI frameworks and styling approaches such as Material UI, Shadcn, and Tailwind CSS * Solid understanding of frontend build tooling — Webpack, Vite, Turbopack, esbuild, or Rollup. * Comfortable using AI development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) as part of daily engineering work * Working comfort with testing and automation tools such as Jest/Playwright * Code review and independent planning experience * Strong English communication skills
Would Be a Plus: * AI/automation ideas for improving engineering workflows. * Experience mentoring or leading frontend engineers. * Contributions to or ownership of a design system / shared component library. * Experience improving team-wide test automation and coverage.
Working Conditions: * 5-day working week, 8-hour working day. * Remote work.
