We are expanding our talent acquisition team and are open to hiring a dedicated IT Recruiter/ Talent Sourcer (Junior or Middle) to strengthen our team. Qualifications: * 1-4 years of professional experience in IT sourcing and/or recruiting for technical IT positions. * Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools. * Solid understanding of IT roles and technology stacks to identify and assess relevant candidates. * Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messages and managing candidate communication. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and candidates simultaneously. * Creative problem-solving skills to handle challenging searches and adapt strategies as needed. * Experience with ATS and/or CRM systems. * Proficiency in written and spoken English at an Intermediate Strong / Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Responsibilities: * Proactively source qualified candidates using diverse methods and strategies to build and sustain robust talent pipelines. * Ensure accurate and timely records of all candidate interactions in our ATS. * Conduct market mapping and talent availability analysis across different regions to evaluate talent supply based on specific requests. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest sourcing trends and recruitment best practices to improve effectiveness continuously. * Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of client needs and role specifics, facilitating the identification of the best fit.
