You know how to: * Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach * Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and leadership positions * Engage candidates who are not actively looking * Create interest and excitement around opportunities * Use AI tools for each stage to speed the result
The Talent Salesperson Recruitment is sales.
You understand how to: * Position opportunities competitively * Build trust with candidates * Handle objections * Influence decision-making * Successfully close candidates throughout the hiring process
The Strategic Hiring Partner You are not simply executing requests.
You: * Challenge hiring assumptions when necessary * Advise stakeholders on talent market realities * Provide recommendations on candidate quality, compensation, and hiring strategy * Act as a trusted partner to Hiring Managers and leadership teams
The International Recruiter You are comfortable operating in global markets.
You: * Communicate confidently in English * Conduct interviews and stakeholder discussions in English * Source talent across multiple countries and regions * Understand cultural differences and international hiring dynamics
The Entrepreneur You take ownership.
You proactively identify hiring opportunities, improve recruitment processes, and continuously look for ways to increase hiring effectiveness and business impact. What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in recruitment, executive search, or headhunting * Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills * Excellent stakeholder management abilities * Strong negotiation and closing skills * Fluent English (written and spoken) * Ability to influence decision-makers and challenge the status quo when appropriate * Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of ownership * Experience recruiting for international markets is highly preferred
