In this role, you will drive our recruitment efforts, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute fresh ideas to enhance the experience for both candidates and clients. What makes you a great fit * 2+ years of experience in technical or IT recruitment, preferably within an outstaffing or outsourcing environment. * Confident English communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with international clients and candidates. * Good understanding of software development processes, technologies, and technical terminology. * Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other professional platforms. * Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. * A customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide an excellent experience for both clients and candidates. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple hiring processes at the same time. * Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. * Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented approach to recruitment.
Your day-to-day in this position * Source and engage experienced IT professionals across a variety of technical positions. * Create compelling job postings, personalized outreach campaigns, and recruitment content for different sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional communities. * Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and hiring. * Build and continuously maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent for current and future hiring needs. * Partner closely with clients and hiring managers to understand business goals, hiring priorities, and role requirements. * Participate in regular recruitment syncs to review progress, discuss challenges, and align on next steps. * Monitor market trends, salary expectations, and hiring best practices to improve recruitment effectiveness. * Maintain accurate candidate information and ensure ATS data is always up to date. * Keep candidates engaged through regular follow-ups and ongoing communication regarding suitable opportunities. * Deliver a seamless and positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. * Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and overall fit for client requirements. * Build long-term relationships with top talent and maintain an active network of candidates for future opportunities.
