Symphony Solutions is on the lookout for an engaging, creative, and organized Community Manager to take our virtual communities, internal culture, and engagement programs to the next level. In this role, you’ll be the beating heart of our internal connection, designing vibrant experiences, nurturing online spaces, and sparking meaningful conversations across departments and borders.

What You’ll Be Doing
Community & Engagement Management * Lead and grow virtual communities around key themes like AI, tech, leadership, wellness, and social impact * Develop strategies and campaigns to boost daily engagement and knowledge sharing * Create and curate discussion prompts, learning resources, and spotlight stories
Events & Internal Culture * Organize and execute engaging internal events, from expert talks and debates to coffee corners and mentorship stories * Coordinate logistics, comms, speaker support, and post-event follow-ups * Partner with internal leaders to strengthen the recognition program and highlight achievements across teams
Podcast Production * Co-produce internal and external podcasts featuring employees, leaders, and industry experts * Write interview questions, manage production timelines, and ensure polished delivery * Help distribute content across platforms and promote through community channels
What We’re Looking For * 3+ years of experience in community management, internal communications, or event production * Proven ability to spark and sustain online engagement in corporate or social platforms (e.g., Viva Engage, Slack, Discord, LinkedIn) * Excellent storytelling, writing, and project management skills * Comfort working across time zones and collaborating with multiple stakeholders * Experience with podcast tools or basic media production is a strong plus * Passion for culture-building, human connection, and making work feel meaningful
