We are looking for a Legal Counsel for our client — a fast-growing international company with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and corporate governance, where the legal team plays a key role in supporting business growth through contract management, corporate structuring, intellectual property protection, and regulatory alignment. In this role, you will manage corporate legal support for projects, communicate with banks and provide the required documentation, manage licensing procedures, and handle contracts and legal matters with providers and partners.
Responsibilities: * Draft, review, and manage corporate, service, marketing, and other company agreements. * Draft and negotiate agreements with banks, PSPs and other financial partners. * Prepare and manage technical specifications, acts of completed services, service descriptions, and other contractual and supporting documentation for banks and partners. * Handle and manage requests from banks and financial institutions, preparing the necessary explanations and supporting documents. * Support the legal aspects of launching new projects. * Provide legal support for onboarding and KYC procedures with financial institutions. * Ensure compliance with GDPR requirements and manage related legal matters. * Support business decision-making by assessing legal risks and regulatory requirements across relevant markets.
Requirements: * You have at least 3 years of experience as a lawyer, ideally 5. * Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and regulatory law. * Experience working with contracts, corporate documentation, and licenses. * High work ethic, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and with cross-functional teams. * Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented. * Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. * Good communication and business writing skills in English (B2 level).
