As a Project Manager, you own the delivery of client projects from mobilisation through go-live and handover.
You coordinate clients, Product, Design, Engineering, AI, Verification, and DevOps teams to ensure work is delivered in the right order, against agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
You turn project commitments into clear delivery plans, keep risks and dependencies visible, and ensure stakeholders always have an accurate view of project health.
Key responsibilities * Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, milestones, dependencies, execution, release readiness, and closeout. * Translate the SOW and agreed scope into a clear delivery plan with milestones, owners, dependencies, and delivery gates. * Run the project cadence, including sprint planning, progress reviews, demos, retrospectives, and weekly status reporting. * Track scope, timeline, effort, and budget; identify variances early and escalate with clear mitigation options. * Manage risks, blockers, client dependencies, and decisions before they impact delivery. * Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Engineering, AI, Verification, and DevOps. * Ensure sprint and release readiness, including approvals, environments, integrations, verification, UAT, and go-live dependencies. * Maintain clear and accurate project reporting covering progress, risks, decisions, dependencies, and next steps. * Coordinate client communication related to delivery, expectations, priorities, risks, and required actions. * Support structured change management by making scope changes and their delivery impact visible. * Coordinate project handover, post-go-live support, retrospective, and closure. * Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of the delivery process.
Requirements * Proven experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Technical Project Manager in software or digital product delivery. * Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, including Scrum and/or Kanban. * Experience managing software projects across multiple stakeholders and workstreams. * Strong planning, risk, dependency, and stakeholder management skills. * Experience managing scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery commitments. * Strong client-facing communication and reporting skills. * Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and discussing APIs, integrations, environments, testing, and release dependencies. * Structured, proactive, and highly organised with strong ownership and follow-through. * Fluent professional English. * Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira / Linear, Confluence / Notion, or similar.
Nice to have * Experience delivering AI / ML products, AI agents, copilots, or other data-intensive products. * Experience with spec-driven or AI-assisted software delivery. * Exposure to regulated or high-assurance industries. * Experience with UAT, release management, CI/CD, and software verification. * Experience working with distributed, cross-timezone teams. * PMP, PRINCE2, PSM/CSM, or equivalent certification.
