As a Affiliate Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and growing a portfolio of strategic affiliate partnerships within the Email Marketing department, launching new offers quickly and maximizing long-term revenue through strong relationships and commercial negotiations. You will work closely with Marketing, Promo Coordination, HTML Developers, Compliance, Analytics, Broadcast Team, and Product. This role has the potential to grow into a Business Development or Head of Partnerships position, including representing EPC Network at international conferences.
Key Responsibilities: * Build and develop long-term relationships with affiliate partners and advertisers * Identify, negotiate, and onboard new affiliate partnerships * Own commercial negotiations, including CPA/CPL payouts, exclusivity agreements, and partnership terms * Coordinate end-to-end launches of new affiliate offers * Work closely with Marketing, Promo Coordination, HTML Developers, Compliance, Analytics, Broadcast Team, and Product to ensure fast execution * Monitor campaign performance, analyze EPC, conversion rates, revenue, and traffic quality * Identify optimization opportunities and scale successful partnerships * Conduct regular partner calls, business reviews, and performance discussions * Act as the primary point of contact between external partners and internal teams * Continuously improve launch speed, partner satisfaction, and revenue performance
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing * Hands-on experience with CPA/CPL business models * Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills * Experience growing affiliate partnerships and increasing partner revenue * Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions * Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * English level: Advanced (C1+) or Native
Nice to have: * Experience with Email Marketing * Experience working with US-market partners * Experience with affiliate tracking platforms * Business Development experience * Experience attending affiliate conferences or representing a company externally
