We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist who will support the development and optimization of client acquisition channels for our web development and design services. This role is a great fit for someone who is interested in digital marketing, lead generation, growth marketing, SEO, analytics, and AI tools and wants to develop hands-on experience in these areas.
The primary goal of this role is to support lead generation activities through existing channels while researching and testing new opportunities for client acquisition. Your key KPI will be the number and quality of qualified inquiries and booked discovery calls generated through different platforms and messaging channels.
Your Responsibilities:
* Support lead generation activities across existing channels.
* Research how potential clients search for web development and design services and identify growth opportunities.
* Research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
* Assist with improving content, SEO performance, and conversion rates across marketing channels.
* Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns.
* Help optimize company profiles and presence across lead generation platforms.
* Use AI tools to improve marketing, research, content creation, and lead generation efficiency.
* Track basic marketing metrics and help analyze channel performance.
* Research and test new lead generation channels and client acquisition opportunities.

* Upwork — SEO, profile optimization, scanners and automation tools
* LinkedIn — content creation, prospecting, website visitor tracking tools
* Behance & Dribbble — case studies, SEO, paid promotion
* Paid Ads — Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign setup and optimization
* AI Tools — ChatGPT and Claude for AEO/GEO optimization, research, content, and automation
* Content & Community Platforms — X/Twitter, Reddit, Threads, YouTube — content marketing and SEO
* Fiverr — SEO, case studies, paid promotion, lead generation
Requirements:
* 1 year of experience in Marketing, Lead Generation, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or a related field.
* Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
* Understanding of lead generation and digital marketing channels.
* Interest in B2B marketing and client acquisition.
* Analytical mindset and willingness to experiment with new marketing and lead generation strategies.
* Understanding of basic marketing metrics and conversion optimization.
* English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.
Must-Have Skills:
* Confident use of AI tools in day-to-day work.
* Ability to use AI tools for research, content creation, analysis, and marketing tasks.
* Ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and marketing channels.
* Strong research skills and ability to analyze and structure information.
* Proactive approach and willingness to test new ideas.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Similarweb.
* Ahrefs.
* Semrush.
* Google Trends.
* Instantly and other outbound marketing tools.
* Basic understanding of web development and UX/UI design processes.
* Familiarity with modern AI approaches such as RAG, AI agents, and workflow automation.
