The company
Forge Point is an all-in-one SEO infrastructure management platform built for iGaming operators. They give teams the tooling to run large-scale SEO operations from a single control layer, with three core products: a keyword live tracker for real-time ranking visibility, infrastructure automation for domains, auto-redirects and ban detection, and instant website & satellite building that ships content, tech, and UI/UX in one flow.
They’re scaling our go-to-market, and we’re looking for a person who can turn that product strength into a predictable B2B pipeline.
The role
This is a hands-on Operational Marketing Manager role for someone with a strong B2B marketing background who is equally comfortable building demand and running the operational engine behind it. You’ll own the pipeline end to end — from generating demo calls and nurturing leads to keeping the CRM clean — while acting as the connective tissue between Product, Development, and Sales.
You won’t be handing work off to a big team. You’ll be doing the work, setting up the systems, and making sure the right message reaches the right operators at the right time.
What you’ll own
* Pipeline generation. Build and run the B2B pipeline end to end — identify target iGaming operators, drive inbound and outbound demand, and consistently generate qualified demo calls.
* CRM & marketing ops. Own the CRM (setup, hygiene, segmentation, workflows and reporting) so every lead is tracked and no opportunity leaks.
* LinkedIn strategy. Own organic and outbound LinkedIn — company presence, founder/team amplification, and targeted outreach that books meetings.
* PR & positioning. Own the PR strategy: narrative, media and community relationships, and thought-leadership that builds Forge Point’s authority in iGaming SEO.
* Cross-functional glue. Act as the operational connecting chain between Product, Dev, and Sales — translating product capability into messaging, feeding market signals back into the roadmap, and keeping sales equipped.
* Reporting. Track the funnel and channel performance, and report on what’s working with clear, decision-ready numbers.
What we’re looking for
* Proven, hands-on B2B marketing experience — you’ve personally built and run a pipeline, not just managed one.
* A track record of generating qualified demo calls and moving leads through a funnel to sales.
* Strong command of CRM tools and marketing operations (segmentation, automation, reporting).
* Demonstrated ownership of LinkedIn as a demand and outreach channel.
* Experience shaping and executing PR / thought-leadership strategy.
* An operational, systems-minded approach — comfortable connecting Product, Dev, and Sales and keeping things moving.
* Excellent written English and Ukrainian and the judgement to speak credibly to a technical, operator audience.
A strong plus
* Experience in iGaming B2B marketing and familiarity with the operator landscape.
* Hands-on with SEO tools — Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console or similar.
* Understanding of SEO infrastructure concepts (domains, redirects, satellites, ban/indexation dynamics).
