We are a product team inside the Gismart ecosystem, focused on building and growing music apps across iOS and Android. Our portfolio includes products with millions of installs, rich functionality, and a long history of product development. These are apps that help users not only consume music content, but also play, learn, practice, create, interact, and enjoy the process.
Our goal is to make music feel more approachable, engaging, and human for beginners, hobbyists, and people who want to bring more music into their daily lives.
We are looking for a Product Manager who will not wait for perfectly detailed instructions, but will proactively identify opportunities, take ownership, and move the product forward together with the team. Responsibilities * Own funnel performance end-to-end: visit → quiz/onboarding → paywall → checkout → post-purchase upsells → app install → email lifecycle. * Own and report CR2Pay and predicted LTV as core KPIs. Design, launch, and interpret A/B tests grounded in product/user hypotheses (not just cosmetic tests). * Personalize and tailor funnels by user segment/intent. * Manage web funnel infrastructure across 2 web-builders (Web2Wave, Funnel Lab), coordinating technical implementation with front-end/back-end developers. * Own and continuously improve email marketing communications (consent, lifecycle, win-back, and cancellation flows) in collaboration with the email marketer. * Collaborate closely with creative producers on funnel creative/copy and with UA on landing/funnel alignment to acquisition channels. * Maintain and expand internal documentation (funnel logic, test history, checklists) in collaboration with other PMMs. * Balance CR/monetization gains against product value and trust — flag and reject “suspicious” or manipulative mechanics.
Requirements * 2+ years in Product Marketing / Growth / CRO for web funnels or subscription products. * Proven track record of measurable core-metric uplifts (CR2Pay, LTV, ARPU) tied to specific, documented hypotheses — not just “ran tests.” * Hands-on experience with web funnel builders (Web2Wave, Funnel Fox, ClickFunnels, Unbounce, or similar) or comparable no-code/low-code funnel infrastructure. * Working knowledge of A/B testing methodology: hypothesis design, statistical significance, segmentation, sequential/parallel test management. * Experience with email/CRM lifecycle tools (Reteno or similar) — consent flows, triggered sequences, win-back, cancellation. * Comfortable working directly with developers on funnel/checkout implementation (API-level understanding is a plus, not required to code). * Strong command of analytics/tracking tools: Amplitude, GA4, AppsFlyer, or equivalent. * Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to build, debug, or modify funnel/landing page code, scripts, or automations. * English sufficient for cross-functional and international team communication.
