We’re looking for a Senior Project / Delivery Manager to lead complex software delivery across multiple domains, including ecommerce, healthcare, AI-powered products, and custom enterprise solutions.
This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who combines strong project management expertise with technical understanding. You’ll work closely with clients, engineering teams, Solution Architects, and company leadership to ensure successful delivery of technically complex projects while driving delivery excellence, operational improvements, and customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex delivery challenges, navigating uncertainty, and working at the intersection of technology, business, and people.
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects from discovery through production and long-term support.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing scope, budget, timelines, risks, and quality.
* Collaborate with clients, engineering teams, Solution Architects, QA, Product Managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
* Facilitate project discovery, requirements clarification, estimation, planning, and execution.
* Drive delivery across various industries, including ecommerce, healthcare, AI, and custom software solutions.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams working with distributed engineering resources.
* Identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks, proactively driving mitigation plans.
* Coordinate the selection of engineering teams and technical experts to support architectural decisions and ensure the right competencies are in place for successful project delivery.
* Coordinate projects involving AI-powered solutions and support engineering teams adopting AI throughout the SDLC.
* Manage projects involving third-party integrations, licensing models, external platforms, and enterprise software ecosystems.
* Support projects that require compliance with industry standards, security requirements, and healthcare-related protocols in the UK and the US.
* Troubleshoot complex delivery issues and coordinate resolution across technical and business stakeholders.
* Continuously improve delivery processes, governance, reporting, and project management practices.
* Build trusted relationships with clients and act as the primary delivery partner throughout project execution.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Technical Project Manager in software development.
* Proven experience delivering complex software projects for international clients.
* Strong understanding of software architecture, system integrations, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern software development practices.
* Experience working with engineering teams on technically challenging projects rather than purely business-focused initiatives.
* Experience managing projects involving AI, machine learning, or AI-enabled software development is a strong advantage.
* Familiarity with AI-assisted SDLC practices and modern engineering workflows.
* Experience working with healthcare, ecommerce, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
* Understanding of software licensing models, commercial software delivery, and third-party technology ecosystems.
* Experience managing projects involving integrations with enterprise platforms and external vendors.
* Strong risk management, stakeholder management, and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical thinking and structured decision-making.
* Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and engineering teams.
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar collaboration tools.
* Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Nice to Have
* PMI certification (PMP, CAPM) or equivalent.
* Experience with healthcare standards and regulations in the UK or the US (FHIR, HL7, NHS, HIPAA, or similar).
* Experience delivering AI-powered products or enterprise AI initiatives.
* Experience working with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Adobe Commerce, commercetools, SCAYLE, or BigCommerce.
* Experience with Agile delivery at scale (SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS).
