What We’re Looking For
We are actively seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across our hotel booking and white-label platform ecosystem. As a key driver of execution, you will own the full project lifecycle, coordinate cross-company integrations, and ensure seamless collaboration between Product, Engineering, Compliance, Commercial, and external partners. Your ability to align stakeholders, manage technical dependencies, and deliver projects on time and within scope will directly contribute to the scalability and success of our platform.
Requirements
* 1-3 years of project management experience;
* Proven delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives;
* Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects;
* Background working with external partners (technology, integrations, distribution);
* Exposure to product, engineering, compliance, and commercial teams;
* Hands-on experience running Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and owning team velocity and capacity management;
* Demonstrated ability to enforce scope control and manage change requests mid-sprint without derailing delivery timelines;
* Strong communication skills with excellent command of English, and able to collaborate effectively across teams in both English and Ukrainian.
Core Responsibilities & Competencies
Project delivery:
* Full lifecycle ownership (initiation → launch → post-implementation review);
* Scope definition and change control, including active scope-creep enforcement during active sprints;
* Timeline and cross-functional dependency tracking across multiple concurrent teams;
* Sprint planning, capacity management, and team velocity tracking;
* Facilitation of daily standups and other agile ceremonies, with hands-on removal of daily blockers;
* Release planning and launch readiness coordination, ensuring all workstreams are aligned prior to go-live;
* Risk identification and mitigation;
* Cross-team coordination (Product, Engineering, QA, Legal, Compliance, Operations).
Jira & workspace management:
* Ownership of Jira workspace structure, epic creation, and board hygiene;
* Maintenance of clean, well-organized boards and backlogs to support transparent tracking across teams.
Partner communication & integration management:
* Leading bi-directional integrations with third-party services from technical scoping through go-live;
* Coordination of technical integration timelines;
* Alignment on deliverables, documentation, and testing milestones;
* Management of integration requirements and technical dependencies;
* Facilitating workshops and alignment calls;
* Ensuring SLAs and agreed milestones are met;
* Handling escalations and resolving cross-company blockers.
Stakeholder management:
* Clear communication with internal stakeholders;
* Absorbing, filtering, and shielding delivery teams from ad-hoc C-level DMs and chat noise, triaging what needs immediate attention versus what can be batched;
* Authoring async executive status reports and progress summaries;
* Alignment between business and technical teams;
* Translating business requirements into structured project plans;
* Executive-level reporting and status updates.
Technical & Integration understanding:
* Familiarity with SDLC processes;
* Understanding of release management and versioning;
* Ability to read technical documentation and coordinate engineering discussions.
Tools & Methodologies
* Jira / Confluence (including workspace administration, board configuration, and epic/issue hygiene);
* MS Project or equivalent;
* Agile / Scrum / Kanban / Hybrid;
* Documentation tools (Notion, Confluence, etc.);
* Roadmap and dependency tracking tools;
* Claude code, Codex or similar tools.
Soft Skills
* Structured, analytical thinking;
* Strong written and verbal communication;

* Conflict resolution skills;
* Negotiation and alignment capability;
* Ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments;
