We are looking for a Retention Lead to join an international iGaming product.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the product’s retention strategy;
* Lead the CRM team by setting tasks, building effective processes, and ensuring high-quality execution;
* Build the department roadmap and define key priorities;
* Develop customer segmentation and communication strategies across different stages of the customer lifecycle;
* Plan and launch automated and manual Email, Push, and SMS campaigns;
* Develop trigger-based journeys, as well as welcome, retention, and reactivation mechanics;
* Analyze customer behavior and the performance of CRM activities;
* Generate and test hypotheses aimed at improving retention, repeat deposits, engagement, and LTV;
* Conduct A/B tests and evaluate the impact of changes on key business metrics;
* Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Bonus, and Marketing teams;
* Monitor the market and implement relevant CRM best practices.
What We Are Looking For:
* 4+ years of experience in Retention within the iGaming industry;
* Experience managing a team or independently developing a CRM function;
* Strong hands-on experience with Customer.io;
* Experience working with the SoftSwiss platform;
* Experience launching Email, Push, and SMS campaigns;
* Ability to build customer segmentation, automated journeys, and complex communication scenarios;
* Strong understanding of key CRM and retention metrics;
* Experience with A/B testing and business hypothesis validation;
* Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
* Basic knowledge of HTML;
* Confident written English;
