Today, our business includes a portfolio of 7–8 established and rapidly developing brands, covering both software outsourcing and product-based directions. As the company continues moving towards greater productization, we are looking for a Head of Marketing who can build effective marketing strategies across multiple brands, lead a multidisciplinary team, and remain actively involved in hands-on execution. We are looking for a proactive marketing leader who can combine strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, team management, and practical involvement in marketing operations.
Requirements:
* Experience in a marketing leadership role, managing a team and driving the overall marketing strategy.
* Strong experience managing multidisciplinary marketing teams, including marketing, PR, SMM, SEO, PCC and lead generation specialists.
* Ability to create, implement, and adjust marketing strategies for several brands, products, or business directions simultaneously.
* Strong data-driven approach to marketing, including experience collecting, analysing, and interpreting marketing and sales data.
* Practical experience defining marketing KPIs, building reporting processes, evaluating funnel performance, and making decisions based on measurable results.
* Experience with marketing analytics, attribution, conversion tracking, experimentation, and performance evaluation tools.
* Strong understanding of inbound marketing, demand generation, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
* Hands-on knowledge of modern SEO practices, website optimisation, content strategy, and basic website configuration.
* Experience working with both product-based and outsourcing or service-based business models.
* Practical experience using AI and LLM-based tools in marketing processes. Ability to build or convert already existing strategies
* Understanding of how AI is changing search, content creation, customer acquisition, brand visibility, marketing operations, and buyer behaviour.
* Proven ability to initiate and run marketing experiments, validate hypotheses, and turn successful ideas into scalable processes.
* Ability to translate new business or product ideas into clear positioning, messaging, promotional materials, and go-to-market activities.
* Willingness to remain involved in operational work when necessary, including campaign execution, website updates, marketing materials, tender-related activities, and other hands-on tasks.
* Strong ownership, independence, and ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
* English: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced.
Responsibilities:
* Define and drive the overall marketing strategy for Langate and its portfolio of brands and products.
* Develop separate marketing approaches based on each brand’s audience, maturity, business model, and growth objectives.
* Lead, coordinate, and develop the marketing, PR, SMM, SEO, content, and lead generation functions.
* Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and tender-related documentation.
* Establish clear responsibilities, KPIs, reporting standards, and performance expectations across the marketing team.
* Ensure effective delegation while maintaining sufficient understanding of each marketing direction to evaluate quality and results.
* Build a consistent data-driven decision-making process across all marketing activities.
* Monitor inbound lead generation and ensure that lead flow remains stable across existing business directions.
* Identify opportunities to increase qualified inbound demand, brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
* Analyse marketing and sales funnels, identify bottlenecks, and propose measurable improvements.
* Develop positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market approaches for new products and platforms.
* Support the company’s strategic transition towards productization while continuing to develop and reposition the outsourcing direction.
* Introduce and expand the use of AI and automation across marketing workflows.
* Research new AI-related marketing practices, tools, platforms, and changes in customer acquisition behaviour.
* Oversee website development and optimisation from a marketing perspective.
* Work closely with sales and lead generation teams to align messaging, campaigns, target audiences, and qualification criteria.
* Present strategies, results, risks, and recommendations to the CEO and company leadership.
* Maintain a balance between strategic leadership and direct involvement in daily marketing operations.
Team: Marketing and Sales department.
Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour working day (40 hr per week).
Hiring process: HR interview → Technical interview → PI Tests → Final Interview with the Company Owner.
