REQUIREMENTS: * At least 1 year of experience in a similar position such as NOC/Tech Support engineer * Basic Linux OS knowledge (Ubuntu, Redhat) * Network troubleshooting and configuration * Basic Bash knowledge * Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus) and principles * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, drive to prevent incidents * Be innovative, learn new tools and best practices
RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI) * Automate build, test, and deployment processes * Implement monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana) * Collaborate with development teams using Git for version control * Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues * Ensure up-to-date and accessible documentation from DevOps for the NOC team * Manage team schedules, ensuring 24/7 coverage and balanced workloads
