About the role
We are looking for a Head of Marketing (SEO, AI Search & Inbound Growth Focus) to lead and improve our marketing activities with a strong focus on inbound lead generation, SEO, AI search optimization, and website-driven growth.
This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional with experience in B2B IT outsourcing, software development services, product engineering, or technology services. We are looking for someone who understands how to promote complex IT services in international markets, especially the US and Europe.
The main goal of this role is to strengthen our organic and inbound marketing channels, improve the performance of our website, and help generate more relevant leads for the sales team.
This is a practical leadership role. We do not expect the person to only manage processes from a distance. The right candidate should be able to set priorities, coordinate the team, work with analytics, improve website content, guide SEO activities, and help package services in a clear and convincing way.
Responsibilities * Develop and manage the company’s marketing strategy with a strong focus on inbound marketing, SEO, website performance, and lead generation. * Lead the marketing team, set priorities, coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and support team development. * Plan and execute SEO activities aimed at improving organic visibility, rankings, traffic quality, and inbound leads. * Work on AI search optimization, GEO / AEO, structured content, expert content, and visibility in AI-powered search results. * Improve the company website as a key inbound marketing channel, including service pages, landing pages, case studies, blog content, and conversion paths. * Research competitors, target markets, search intent, and content opportunities in the B2B IT outsourcing and software development services market. * Oversee keyword research, content planning, on-page optimization, internal linking, basic technical SEO, and content updates. * Help package complex IT services into clear marketing messages, landing pages, case studies, presentations, and other sales-support materials. * Manage content marketing activities, including articles, case studies, service pages, industry pages, video content, and other formats. * Analyze marketing performance, including organic traffic, rankings, conversions, lead quality, and contribution to sales opportunities. * Prepare regular reports and use data to adjust marketing priorities and improve results. * Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing activities with business goals, priority services, target clients, and lead quality expectations. * Coordinate with developers, designers, writers, and external contractors to improve the website, content, and marketing assets. * Monitor market trends in SEO, AI search, inbound marketing, and B2B IT services.
Requirements * 4+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, SEO, inbound marketing, or marketing leadership roles. * Experience in B2B IT outsourcing, software development, product engineering, IT services, or similar technology service companies. * Strong practical understanding of SEO, including keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimization, internal linking, basic technical SEO, and analytics. * Understanding of modern SEO principles, including AI search, GEO / AEO, search intent, topical authority, structured content, and content quality. * Experience promoting IT services in international markets, especially the US and Europe. * Experience working with website content for B2B services, including service pages, landing pages, case studies, blog articles, and sales materials. * Ability to translate complex technical services into clear, structured, and persuasive marketing messages. * Experience managing or coordinating a small marketing team, freelancers, or external contractors. * Ability to analyze marketing data, website performance, organic traffic, conversions, and lead generation results. * Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, or similar platforms. * Good understanding of how Marketing and Sales should work together in a B2B service business. * Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English, especially strong written English. * Strong ownership, practical thinking, and result-oriented approach.
Nice to have * Experience promoting Game Development, AR/VR, XR, simulations, digital twins, Web3, blockchain, or other emerging technology services. * Experience with AI search visibility, answer engine optimization, or content optimization for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews, or similar platforms. * Experience with CRO and improving website conversion rates. * Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce. * Experience with WordPress. * Understanding of link building, digital PR, review platforms, directories, and external content placements. * Basic understanding of visual packaging, landing page structure, and design principles for B2B services.
