Dinarys is an Ecommerce Development Company helping retailers, brands, and manufacturers across DACH, the UK, and the US build, scale, and optimize their digital commerce solutions. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to shape how Dinarys is positioned in the market and drive our overall marketing strategy. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strategic marketing thinking with a strong background in content marketing. You’ll work closely with the CEO to build brand awareness, strengthen thought leadership, and create scalable go-to-market initiatives.
This isn’t a role for someone who only wants to manage people. You’ll be expected to develop strategy, create content, test new ideas, and execute marketing initiatives yourself. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys staying hands-on and seeing their ideas come to life.

Think like a business partner, not just a marketer. Enjoy building marketing functions from the ground up. Know how to connect content, branding, PR, and demand generation into one strategy. Bring ideas and proactively drive them to execution. Are comfortable working directly with founders and executive leadership. Believe that AI and automation are essential parts of modern marketing. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing. Experience building and executing marketing strategies. Strong background in Content Marketing (this is essential). Experience with positioning, messaging, and thought leadership. Understanding and hands-on experience with SEO and content strategy. Experience working with technical or B2B service companies. Excellent English communication skills. Strong AI adoption mindset and experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows. Responsibilities: Own and evolve Dinarys’ marketing strategy. Define positioning and messaging for key industries and markets. Build and execute thought leadership initiatives around the CEO and technical experts. Develop integrated campaigns across content, PR, partnerships, webinars, and events. Define the content roadmap and ensure alignment with business priorities. Lead content distribution and demand generation initiatives. Identify new growth opportunities and marketing channels. Build scalable marketing processes using AI and automation. Measure marketing performance and continuously optimize initiatives. Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, Delivery, and Leadership teams. Nice to have: Experience in Ecommerce, SaaS, or Software Development. Experience leading marketing operations or GTM initiatives. Experience organizing webinars, events, or partnership programs.
