You will be involved into: * As a Tech Lead, you will be involved in all steps of SDLC: processing requirements, creating solutions, splitting them into tasks, participating in team refinements, participating in code review, deploying the code on production, monitoring the deployed code using Kibana, NewRelic, Grafana. In our company, we deploy changes straight to production, which means it is essential to implement unit and integration tests to be able to catch any issues early in the flow and stay attentive to monitoring systems to react fast to any issues with latest deployment may cause in production and perform necessary actions (eg. rollback or hotfix). * You will be involved in collaboration with other teams that use your team’s API and whose API your team is using. You will create architecture documentation for new big features and discuss it with the architect team, as well as with other involved teams * I think it’s the life of a developer and a lead in a production company with many customers who can’t afford any downtime, even at night.
