We are looking for someone eager to break into miltech sales on the European side. Your main focus will be finding new clients, making first contact and growing the pipeline of potential partners across EU markets. This role is for fast learners who are comfortable with cold outreach and want to develop real expertise in UAVs and defence-tech on the job.
What you’ll do: * Research and identify potential clients and partners across European markets; * Build and expand the contact database — government bodies, defence companies, integrators, distributors; * Initiate first contact — cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, etc; * Prepare presentation materials and commercial proposals together with the technical team; * Manage prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel — from first touch to handoff to a senior manager for closing; * Monitor the EU defence market — tenders, exhibitions, procurement programmes, industry news; * Maintain CRM records and report on activities and pipeline; * Assist with preparation for international exhibitions and conferences;
Skills & experience
Required: * English — B1+ level or higher (working communication, emails, calls); * 0-1+ year of experience in B2B sales, business development or a related role — OR strong understanding of UAVs and the defence-tech domain; * Lead generation skills — you know how to find the right person and write a message that gets a reply; * Clear, structured communication — you can explain a technical product in simple terms; * Self-organised and comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup; * Willingness to dive deep into the product — edge-AI, computer vision, autonomous systems;
Nice to have: * Understanding of UAVs — types, components, applications, differences between FPV / fixed-wing / multirotor; * Experience with CRM systems; * Additional languages (German, French, Polish); * Understanding of export processes for dual-use or military goods; * Background or genuine interest in miltech / defence / aerospace;
