We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a miltech or defence-tech background to drive our European market expansion. You will own the full sales cycle on EU markets — from strategy and pipeline development to closing deals with government and commercial buyers. The role is flexible: part-time / project-based (minimum one full day per week) or full-time, depending on your availability and mutual fit.
What you’ll do: * Define and execute sales strategy for assigned European markets; * Run the full sales cycle — from lead qualification and first contact through negotiation to closing; * Build and develop partnerships with key stakeholders in the EU defence sector — government agencies, defence companies, integrators, distributors; * Coordinate preparation and participation in international tenders; * Prepare commercial proposals and contract documentation together with technical and legal teams; * Represent the company at defence exhibitions, conferences and partner meetings; * Advise the team on market-specific regulatory requirements, buyer behaviour and go-to-market approaches; * Mentor junior sales team members — help with lead qualification, outreach strategy and deal progression;
Skills & experience
Required: * 3+ years of B2B sales experience in miltech, defence, aerospace or adjacent high-tech sectors; * English — B2+ level (negotiations, presentations, contract documentation); * Proven track record of closing deals with government or commercial buyers in Europe; * Solid understanding of the EU defence market — key players, procurement procedures, tender processes; * Existing network of contacts in the defence / miltech sector — or demonstrated ability to build one fast; * Experience preparing commercial proposals and leading contract negotiations; * Self-driven, able to work autonomously with minimal oversight;
Nice to have: * Experience selling UAVs, surveillance systems, edge-AI solutions or counter-drone technology; * Understanding of export controls for dual-use and military goods; * Experience with NATO programmes, DIANA, EDF or other European defence initiatives; * Additional European languages (German, French, Polish); * Experience with CRM systems; * Experience coordinating international tenders;
