We are looking for a Technical Artist to support the animation pipeline and ensure smooth integration of animation assets into the game.
The role focuses on preparing, structuring, and optimizing animation files so they can be efficiently implemented by developers. You will work closely with animators and developers to maintain a clean asset pipeline and ensure that animations are ready for integration and perform well in the game.
Requirements * Strong knowledge of Spine (4.2) * Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop * Experience with Adobe After Effects * Experience using Texture Packer * Understanding of 2D animation pipelines * Understanding of animation and asset optimization * Ability to prepare animation files for implementation * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Responsibilities * Prepare and structure Spine animation assets for integration into the game * Ensure smooth asset transfer from animators to developers * Export and organize animation files and texture atlases * Optimize animation files and textures for performance and file size * Maintain a clean and consistent animation asset structure * Support developers with correctly prepared animation assets * Troubleshoot issues related to animation assets and integration
Nice to have * Basic understanding of PixiJS or similar rendering engines * Experience working with game engines or web-based games * Experience optimizing Spine animations for real-time applications * Experience working in game development teams
