About the role:
We are looking for a strong Angular Developer who not only delivers high-quality code but also helps introduce and scale AI-assisted development practices within the team.
This role is ideal for a senior or strong middle engineer with hands-on experience using modern AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) in daily development workflows.
The position is part-time to start, with potential extension to full-time collaboration.
Responsibilities * Develop and maintain Angular-based web applications * Introduce and promote AI-assisted development practices across the team * Act as a mentor and technical guide on using AI tools for coding, debugging, refactoring, and documentation * Review code and ensure high standards of architecture and performance * Collaborate closely with the engineering team and delivery stakeholders * Help optimize development processes and team productivity through modern tooling
Requirements * 4+ years of commercial experience with Angular (2+) * Strong TypeScript and modern frontend architecture skills * Proven experience using AI coding tools in real development workflows (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) * Ability to teach and guide developers in adopting AI-driven development * Experience with REST APIs and modern frontend tooling * Strong communication skills and proactive mindset * Upper-intermediate+ English
Nice to have * Experience working as a Tech Lead or Mentor * Experience improving development workflows or engineering productivity * Familiarity with DevOps or CI/CD processes * Experience in distributed international teams
