Key Responsibilities
* Own and develop the casino vertical strategy with a strong focus on GGR, LTV, and player retention
* Manage and optimize the casino lobby and CMS (game categories, banners, rankings)
* Plan and launch tournaments, jackpots, and gamification mechanics
* Design and execute bonus and promotional strategies
* Build and maintain relationships with game providers and aggregators, including negotiations
* Monitor key casino KPIs (MAU, DAU, CR, GGR, ARPPU, LTV) and run A/B tests
* Localize the product for African markets based on player behavior and preferences
* Collaborate closely with CRM, marketing, design, analytics, and tech teams
* Perform basic fraud and bonus abuse monitoring

Requirements
* 1.5+ years of experience as a Casino Manager, Head of Casino, or Gaming Manager in iGaming
* Proven experience working with game providers and aggregators
* Hands-on experience with tournaments, bonuses, and promotional campaigns
* Strong understanding of casino KPIs and bonus economics
* Experience working with casino CMS and lobby setup
* Data-driven mindset and experience with A/B testing
* Experience with Tier-2 / Tier-3 markets is a strong plus
* English level: Intermediate or higher
