Now we are looking for an AI-Augmented Full-Stack Engineer to join us as part of our team. About the role Join our AI-augmented development initiative to deliver MVPs, integrations, and feature modules across diverse industries. You’ll leverage AI tools as core enablers of speed and quality, moving from technical discovery to early-stage delivery while avoiding long-term legacy maintenance. You will work in close cooperation with sales, delivery managers, presale managers and architects. Work across industries and technical domains and contribute directly to expanding our delivery capabilities and client solutions.

Work Environment
Ukrainian time zone, heavily involved in meetings, plannings and estimations, POC and MVP delivery. As a qualified expert, You will AI-Accelerated Development * Rapidly scaffold components: authentication, CRUD APIs, dashboards, data pipelines * Generate tests, documentation, and tooling with minimal manual effort * Apply AI for refactoring, architecture validation, and technical decision-making
Presales & Early Delivery * Lead technical discovery: feasibility analysis, scope estimation, architecture design * Build rapid prototypes and MVPs (2–3 months duration) * Establish project foundations during ramp-up phase (1–3 months) * Ensure smooth transition from presales to delivery, maintaining continuity and technical vision * Collaborate with presales teams on proposals and client presentations (collect and clarify clients requirements, assess feasibility, and propose architectures aligned with client needs)
Process Innovation * Contribute to our AI development playbook: prompts, templates, reusable components * Identify automation opportunities to replace repetitive work * Experiment with emerging AI tools and practices to improve efficiency
We’re looking for you if you have Technical Expertise (5+ years) * Backend: proficiency in 4+ stacks (Java/Spring Boot, Node.js/NestJS, Python/FastAPI) * Frontend: solid experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js * Databases: SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) * Cloud & DevOps: AWS deployment (Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3), Docker, CI/CD
AI-First Development * Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT/GPT-4, Claude, or similar * Track record of boosting delivery speed through AI-assisted workflows * Experience with AI-supported refactoring, documentation, and testing
Soft Skills * Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders * Independent, ownership-oriented mindset * Bonus: presales or client-facing experience
