The previous head is transitioning to another team, and we need someone who’s ready to step in and elevate quality practices across multiple projects and teams.
This is not just a role — it’s a mission. You’ll own QA for several high-impact game projects [Unity-based], help set company-wide quality standards, and build a long-term vision for how we scale and support QA as the company grows.

What You’ll Be Doing * Lead and develop 3 QA teams, ensuring each team delivers high-quality results and continuously grows. * Build, optimize, and enforce QA processes across the full product lifecycle — from ideation to LiveOps. * Collaborate with producers, product leads, and developers to embed quality thinking at every step of development. * Oversee planning, estimation, risk management, and process efficiency across all QA teams. * Monitor and improve QA metrics, reporting on process ROI and quality impact. * Handle change management: adapt the culture, earn trust, and lead the transition after leadership change. * Own tools, frameworks, and workflows related to testing: Unity3d, Jira, Squash, TestRail, Firebase, Amplitude, CI/CD, etc. * Represent QA expertise internally and externally — you’re the go-to person for anything quality-related.
Our Ideal Candidate Has: * 7+ years in QA, including 3+ years in a QA Lead/Manager role. * Solid experience working on mobile F2P games, especially Unity-based projects. * Hands-on experience with industry tools, including Unity3D, Jira/Asana, Charlie, Squash, TestRail, Firebase App Distribution/Crashlytics, Amplitude, AppLovin, App Store/Google Play, and CI/CD pipelines. * Proven ability to manage multiple teams or projects simultaneously. * Experience hiring, mentoring, and offboarding team members with confidence and care. * Strong communication skills — both in strategy-level discussions and team-level coaching. * Business-minded thinking — able to talk ROI, not just bug reports. * English and Ukrainian is a must [spoken and written] — you’ll be working with international partners daily.
