The core of our achievements is our team. That’s why, together with Viktoriia, Product Lead at Impulse, we’re looking for a Product Designer to join our team of superstars. This job is perfect for you if you want to: * Build and grow new directions for a product that’s already thriving. You’ll be the key Product Designer driving the Android and Mobile Web experiences — improving, scaling, and evolving them with the team. * Work with driven, experienced teammates. You’ll be side-by-side with specialists from all areas, brainstorming, testing, and constantly exchanging ideas and knowledge. * Experiment boldly. You’ll run lots of tests and quickly see the results of your work in action. * Keep improving and growing. Our focus is continuously optimising conversion rates — from the first ad view to subscription — while keeping the user experience clean and thoughtful. What you will do: * Design and refine UI/UX for Android and Mobile Web. * Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and analysts to generate and test hypotheses. * Create interactive prototypes and interface animations. * Take part in user interviews to understand needs and improve UX. * Prepare design materials for development handoff and support implementation. * Keep an eye on mobile design trends and apply best practices.
What do you need to join us: * 3+ years of commercial experience in Mobile app design. * Hands-on experience designing for Android. * Solid skills in Figma (design systems, prototyping, responsive layouts). * Strong understanding of UX/UI principles. * Ability to prepare clean design handoffs for developers. * Familiarity with design systems and component libraries. * English at Intermediate+ level. * Proactive mindset with a willingness to generate and discuss new ideas. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment. * Ownership mindset and eagerness to actively contribute to product growth. * Alignment with the values of our team (more about us — here).
