We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help our marketing teams uncover growth opportunities, make data-driven decisions, and scale product performance.
In this role, you’ll join the Marketing Infrastructure Team, which builds analytical solutions for marketing and product teams, fosters a data-driven culture, and powers decision-making across the Headway Inc ecosystem. You’re a great match if you want to: * Work with experienced analysts and engineers to create innovative solutions for marketing and product analytics * Use a modern tech stack: Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Airflow, DataForm, Python, Tableau, Appsflyer, and Amplitude * Shape marketing strategies through descriptive, inferential, and predictive analytics * Launch and evaluate A/B tests, build automated reports and models, and segment users
What you’ll be doing: * Build automated dashboards (Tableau) and alerts to track marketing performance and key metrics * Develop analytics infrastructure alongside the engineering team * Analyze marketing and product data, explore funnels, and uncover user behavior insights * Build scenario models and forecasts, evaluate traffic attribution models * Measure the performance of traffic channels, run experiments, and offer recommendations to optimize marketing spend * Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to support smarter, data-based decisions * Help grow a data-driven culture within your team and across the company
What you need to join us: * 1+ years of experience as a Marketing, Data, or Product Analyst * Proficiency in SQL * Experience working with R or Python for data analysis * Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) * Solid understanding of descriptive, inferential, and predictive analytics * Ability to turn complex data into clear insights and compelling visuals * Strong analytical thinking — you know how to form and test hypotheses * A passion for growing data-driven culture and ensuring high data quality
Nice to have: * Understanding of product and marketing metrics * Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Amplitude)
