Requirements: * 2+ years of experience as a data, business, or product analyst. * Experience in product- or marketing-driven companies is a strong plus — understanding key business and product metrics is highly valued. * Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python. * Strong experience with Tableau (must-have). * Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI (optional). * Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery and GA4. * Full-cycle A/B testing expertise: from hypothesis generation to evaluation. * Ability to decompose, calculate, and interpret key business metrics. * Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian; English level B1 or higher.

Responsibilities: * Take ownership of the BI system (Tableau) and enhance decision-making tools for all business units. * Investigate performance deviations and identify root causes. * Deliver actionable insights to improve key business outcomes. * Review and improve existing reports for usability and effectiveness. * Maintain and enhance predictive models (Customer & Revenue Prediction). * Support new initiatives through data evaluation and strategic recommendations.
