You’ll run lots of experiments and see the tangible outcomes of your work. * Work with a passionate and expert team. This role is 80% about numbers, analysis, and testing different tools, platforms, and creatives. * Explore the fast-paced world of performance marketing and help us engage users from all around the world — as we continue conquering markets in 170+ countries.
What you will do: * Launch and analyse the performance of Ad campaigns (Meta Ads). * Analyse key funnel metrics (CTR, CPC, CPI, CPA) and optimise them in Tableau. * Work with business metrics such as LTV, ROAS, etc. * Identify new growth opportunities through market research, testing marketing hypotheses, and expanding into new localisations. * Handle marketing-related operational tasks (automation tools, interaction with advertising partners, etc.)
What do you need to join us: * 1+ year of experience as an analyst, auditor, or consultant (BIG4, consulting, FMCG) or similar data-driven roles. * Strong analytical skills and critical thinking. * Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) to work with large datasets and make informed decisions. * English level of Intermediate+. * Basic understanding of unit economics and user acquisition funnels. * Ability to manage your time and workflow efficiently. * A solid track record of performance in your current or previous roles. * Passion for working with impactful mobile apps. * Proactive attitude and willingness to share and discuss ideas. * Desire and readiness to grow fast and learn continuously. * Alignment with the values of our team (more about us — here).
