Revenue Grid is looking for a strategic, analytical Product Marketing Manager to help shape our market narrative, lead go-to-market initiatives, and ensure customers clearly understand and realize the value of our platform.
This is a high-impact role for someone who combines strong B2B SaaS product marketing expertise with a deep understanding of customers, use cases, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for buyers, customers, and internal teams.
A key part of the role is developing a deep understanding of the market, customer pain points, and real-world use cases — and connecting those insights to how Revenue Grid is positioned, launched, sold, and adopted.
You’ll work most closely with Product Marketing leadership and collaborate with the broader Marketing team, with significant ownership across product launches, sales enablement, customer marketing, competitive intelligence, and buyer research.
What You’ll Do * Lead Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute GTM strategies for product launches, feature releases, and strategic initiatives. * Own Positioning & Messaging: Create differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly communicates customer value and translates complex technology into compelling stories for buyers, customers, and sales teams. * Ensure Messaging Consistency: Maintain consistent messaging across campaigns, website content, sales materials, customer communications, and product launches. * Drive Cross-Functional Launches: Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to coordinate launches, keep initiatives organized, and ensure alignment with business goals. * Enable Sales Teams: Create sales enablement assets including presentations, battlecards, customer stories, competitive materials, and other resources that help Sales communicate product value effectively. * Support Sales Training: Lead or support internal training on product messaging, product capabilities, customer use cases, and competitive positioning. * Drive Customer Marketing: Partner with Customer Success and Marketing to develop customer marketing programs that support adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy. * Own Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and translate findings into actionable insights for Product, Sales, and Marketing. * Research Buyers & Markets: Conduct ICP research, buyer and market persona research, customer interviews, and broader market research to deepen our understanding of customer needs, pain points, and buying behavior. * Be the Voice of the Market: Identify market trends and translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations for Product and Marketing. * Develop Thought Leadership: Create thought leadership content including blogs, solution briefs, executive presentations, and other market-facing materials. * Connect Product Value to Customer Use Cases: Build a deep understanding of the industry, product, customer pain points, and use cases, and adapt product value propositions to different customer scenarios.
What We’re Looking For * 5+ Years in Product Marketing: Strong Product Marketing experience within B2B SaaS environments. * Strong B2B SaaS Background: Proven experience marketing SaaS products to business customers. Candidates with primarily B2C or non-SaaS experience are not the target profile. * Positioning & Messaging Expertise: Proven success in developing differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions for complex products. * Go-to-Market Experience: Hands-on experience building and executing GTM strategies for product launches, feature releases, and strategic initiatives. * Strong Market & Customer Insight: Experience using customer research, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and buyer insights to influence product and marketing strategy. * Sales Enablement Experience: Experience creating sales enablement materials and supporting sales teams with messaging, competitive positioning, and customer-facing content. * Customer Marketing Experience: Experience developing customer marketing programs focused on adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong experience partnering with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. * Excellent Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and turn product capabilities into clear customer value. * Strong Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously. * Proactive & Independent: A self-starter who is resourceful, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Global Team Collaboration: Comfortable working with an international, distributed team and able to maintain at least 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time, from 9 AM to 1 PM PT (approximately 5-9 PM in the UK, 6-10 PM in Central Europe, and 7-11 PM in Eastern Europe, depending on daylight saving time).
Bonus Points * Experience in AI, SalesTech, CRM, RevOps, or Revenue Intelligence. * Familiarity with marketing or working with the Financial Services industry. * Experience working with complex enterprise B2B SaaS products and translating sophisticated functionality into clear business value.
