Requirements: * 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a product-oriented IT company. * Deep understanding of PDLC/SDLC, hands-on experience in MVP delivery, and product roadmap management. * Strong practical experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and facilitation of all team ceremonies. * Proven ability to write clear Acceptance Criteria, maintain Definition of Done (DoD), and track team velocity. * Experience using prioritization frameworks (RICE, ICE, MoSCoW) to manage backlog and stakeholder expectations. * Strong stakeholder & people management skills: bridging business and tech, conducting 1-on-1s, and mitigating team burnout. * Technical literacy: client-server architecture, Git-flow, CI/CD, and Jira/Confluence proficiency. * Nice to have: Experience with BAS ERP systems.
