We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to help scale our subscription-based products and drive systemic performance marketing across global markets.
What you’ll do * Launch, optimize, and scale ad campaigns on Meta * Build and improve acquisition processes through automation tools and internal systems * Work with Birch, Airtable, n8n, and other performance marketing tools * Run A/B tests on creatives, funnels, audiences, and campaign structures * Analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions * Collaborate with Creative and Product teams to improve conversion and user quality * Quickly adapt acquisition strategies based on results, market shifts, and business priorities
What’s required * 2+ years of experience in performance UA (experience with subscription-based products and web funnels is a strong plus) * Experience scaling budgets of $10k+/day * Experience running UA campaigns across worldwide geos (multiple markets, not limited to Tier 1) * Understanding of UA process automation, with hands-on experience applying it * Confident with metrics, analytics, attribution, and hypothesis-driven testing * Proactive, structured, with a strong execution mindset * English — Upper-Intermediate+
Nice to have * Experience launching projects from scratch * Experience with Birch or similar platforms * Experience launching, optimizing, and scaling TikTok ad campaigns
