Onlyplay is an innovative game development company specializing in the creation of unique gaming experiences in the iGaming sector. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Contracts Lawyer to join our Legal team and provide high-quality legal support across a wide range of contractual matters.
Requirements: * 5+ years of relevant legal experience, with a strong focus on contractual work. * Master’s degree in Law. * Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents. * Solid understanding of contract law and legal risk assessment. * Experience working with international counterparties and cross-border agreements. * English proficiency at C1—C2 level. * Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to work. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Experience in the IT or iGaming/gambling industry will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities: * Draft contracts, agreements, supplementary agreements, appendices, specifications, protocols of disagreements, and other contractual documents. * Conduct legal reviews of draft contracts received from counterparties and the Company’s structural divisions. * Verify that contractual terms comply with applicable legislation, internal documents, and the Company’s interests. * Identify potential legal and contractual risks and provide recommendations on their mitigation. * Participate in contract negotiations with counterparties and support the business * throughout the contracting process. * Review key contractual provisions, including obligations, liability, representations and warranties, termination, confidentiality, intellectual property, and other relevant terms. * Cooperate with internal stakeholders to ensure that contractual documentation meets business requirements. * Provide legal advice and support on contractual matters. * Contribute to improving contractual templates, processes, and internal legal procedures.
