Role Overview
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll own all of our brand and marketing materials: sales and product decks, one-pagers, event materials, marketing collateral, and the brand system that holds it all together. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and the founders, often on short notice and with rough input — a few bullet points and a deadline. You take it from there.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the design of everything Osavul puts in front of clients, partners, and investors, from first brief to final file.
* Keep our core presentations current and ready to use as the product and positioning change.
* Cover our marketing and event needs across both digital and print.
* Turn complex product and analytical content into clear, readable visuals.
* Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, and keep a library of templates the rest of the team can use without you.
* Work directly with marketing, sales, and the founders, translating rough briefs into finished materials.
* Manage your own queue across parallel requests and deliver on tight deadlines without losing quality.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience as a graphic, brand, or marketing designer.
* Strong presentation design skills.
* Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
* Solid typography, layout, composition, and colour fundamentals.
* Experience with both digital and print production.
* Ability to visualise complex and technical content.
* Upper-Intermediate English.
* Fluent use of modern AI tools in design work.
* High level of independence and ownership.
* Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
