We are looking for a Middle Business Process Development Specialist to join our Business Process Management team. In this role, you will focus on documenting business processes through clear textual regulations, procedures, work instructions, and BPMN 2.0 models. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments, helping create a strong foundation for process transparency, consistency, and future automation initiatives. Required for this role * 2+ years of experience in business process documentation and process-related content creation * Strong practical knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and experience creating process models and diagrams * Ability to develop clear, structured, and well-organized regulations, procedures, and work instructions * Experience gathering process information from stakeholders and translating it into formal documentation * Understanding of business process management principles and documentation standards * Knowledge of BPM methodologies; familiarity with Lean principles will be an advantage * Strong written communication skills and attention to detail when working with documentation * Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams * Experience maintaining and updating documentation in response to process changes * Upper-Intermediate or higher English level for communication and documentation purposes
Your responsibilities * Analyze existing business processes and collect information from stakeholders across the company * Create and maintain process documentation, including regulations, procedures, and work instructions * Develop and update documentation related to internal tools and services used within the organization * Model business processes using BPMN 2.0, including diagram creation and validation with stakeholders * Ensure documentation complies with established corporate standards and guidelines * Communicate documentation updates and process changes to relevant teams * Collaborate with operational, IT, Finance, Human Capital, and Business Process Development teams * Review and regularly update documentation to keep it aligned with current business processes
