About DELULU Gaming
DELULU Gaming is a fast-growing European iGaming company building innovative gaming products for regulated international markets.
We combine startup agility with a global business approach, operating across multiple jurisdictions and working with international partners. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Lawyer to support our commercial operations, corporate matters, and legal compliance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, ensuring legal accuracy and mitigating business risks.
* Prepare and adapt contract templates for different jurisdictions and business needs.
* Participate in contract negotiations with counterparties and protect the company’s commercial interests.
* Coordinate and manage the full contract lifecycle, including electronic signatures, renewals, and internal contract database maintenance.
* Provide day-to-day legal support to internal business teams on commercial and operational matters.
* Conduct legal research on gaming regulations, taxation, intellectual property, trademarks, and corporate matters across multiple jurisdictions.
* Monitor regulatory developments and identify legal risks related to existing and new markets.
* Support corporate governance, including company maintenance, corporate registrations, and opening bank accounts.
* Assist with licensing processes and regulatory applications when required.
* Perform other legal tasks assigned by the Head of Legal.
Requirements
* Law degree from a reputable university; LLM. or other international legal qualification is a strong advantage.
* 3+ years of experience in commercial, corporate, IT, or iGaming legal practice.
* Experience supporting international businesses across multiple jurisdictions.
* Strong knowledge of commercial contracts under English and EU law.
* Experience drafting and negotiating B2B, White Label, Turnkey, IT Services, Marketing, Employment, Consultancy, and other commercial agreements.
* Experience advising on international corporate law and cross-border business operations.
* Excellent English (C1 or higher) with outstanding legal drafting skills.
* Strong organizational skills and experience managing the entire contract lifecycle.
* Highly motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
* Experience supporting gaming or software licensing projects.
* Knowledge of intellectual property protection and trademark registration.
* Experience working with payment providers and banking relationships.
* Experience supporting compliance and regulatory initiatives within the iGaming industry.
* Additional European languages.
