We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Middle+ Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting our GovTech projects and contributing to the improvement of our requirements management processes.

Requirements • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry.
• Experience in Presales and Discovery phase activities.
• Experience of participation in 2-3 commercial projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Proficiency in requirement management and visualisation tools.
• Knowledge of BA techniques (Backlog Management, Document Analysis, Backlog Decomposition and Prioritisation, User Stories and Use Cases creation, Process Analysis and Modeling, Interviews, Workshops).
• Familiarity with different methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and the ability to adapt to project-specific requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in using the Tasks tracker system, Confluence, and Figma.
• Knowledge of English: Upper-intermediate and higher.
• Ukrainian: Fluent.
As a plus • Experience with government projects and stakeholders.
Responsibilities • Collaborate as a business analyst on projects, gathering and documenting business requirements, as well as stakeholders’, functional, and technical requirements.
• Participate in Presales & Tenders activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, and proposal development.
• Participate in Discovery phase activities, including the development of: product vision, user story map, backlog prioritisation, value stream map, BOM, non-functional requirement elicitation, and product roadmap, etc.
• Plan and conduct elicitation sessions to gather user requirements and understand business needs.
• Analyse and document internal business processes, identify areas for improvement, and suggest and implement solutions.
• Assist in improving and implementing business analysis and requirements management processes on projects.
• Adapt to different project methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall, as per project requirements.
