The role
As our suite of products continues to grow and diversify, we are looking for a Lawyer to support our business units on day-to-day legal matters, primarily arising from Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Procurement activities.
In this role, you will review and support standard commercial and procurement matters, while also having the opportunity to improve legal processes and contribute to the implementation of AI and automation tools within the Legal function.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Procurement, helping them move matters forward efficiently while ensuring appropriate legal safeguards.
You will report directly to the Head of Legal.
What you will do
* Draft, review, and negotiate customer, vendor, and procurement agreements of medium complexity, exercising judgment beyond standard playbooks when needed
* Advise Sales, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and Procurement on day-to-day legal matters as a practical, business-oriented partner
* Build and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and self-service materials that let business teams handle standard legal processes independently
* Drive automation of recurring legal work, including implementing and testing AI tools for contract review, drafting, and knowledge management
* Research legal requirements across jurisdictions and translate them into clear, practical recommendations
* Support Legal’s ability to scale with the business by designing processes that don’t add workload with every new deal
What you bring
* 2+ years of experience in a lawyer role, preferably in IT companies; experience in Big4 or Pharmaceutical business would be a plus
* Business communication skills in English (B2)
* Proven experience, deep understanding, and knowledge of Intellectual Property
* Strong in agreement drafting and revision and corporate work
* Result-oriented individual with excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
* Open-minded person with a high level of learning and analytical skills, curious
* Flexible and proactive, able to drive processes
* Legal tech-savvy and ready to use digital tools to optimize workflow
