We are looking for an experienced Databricks Instructor to deliver technical training and coaching for an engineering team adopting the Databricks platform. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on enabling engineers to work independently with Databricks through structured learning, practical workshops, and mentoring.
Location: Remote (occasional onsite visits to Italy, approximately once per month) Responsibilities * Deliver structured technical training sessions on Databricks. * Conduct hands-on workshops using real-world datasets and practical exercises. * Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to engineers. * Help engineering teams build confidence and become self-sufficient in working with Databricks. * Adapt training materials and delivery to the audience’s technical background. * Deliver training sessions in Italian on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. * Share best practices for developing, managing, and operating data solutions on Databricks.
Requirements * Senior-level Databricks certification. * Strong commercial experience with the Databricks platform. * Proven experience delivering technical training, workshops, or coaching on Databricks. * Fluency in Italian (training will be conducted in Italian). * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Ability to explain complex technical concepts to engineering teams in a clear and structured way. * Experience working with modern data engineering and analytics solutions is a plus.
