To achieve our global goals, we are inviting an IT Project Manager to join our team.
About the role:
Managing a portfolio of projects and programmes in the development of the company’s service and IT solutions (logistics, integrations, internal systems, client services). Projects include: launching and scaling digital products, integration initiatives with clients and partners, business process transformation, and the implementation of new services and operating models. The focus of the role is on delivering results within deadlines, budget and business expectations, whilst managing risks and dependencies between projects.
Required expertise:
Professional skills:
* 3–5+ years’ experience in project management
* Experience leading complex cross-functional projects
* Experience in building or optimising project management processes
* Practical experience in budget and resource management
* Understanding of Agile (Scrum / Kanban) and traditional approaches (PMBOK / PRINCE2)
* Experience working with Jira / Confluence / MS Project or similar tools
* Strong communication and facilitation skills
* Experience in risk management and change management
* English — Upper-Intermediate+
Personal skills:
* Results-oriented, with a structured and systematic approach to tasks
* Practical experience of multitasking
* Structural and process-oriented thinking
* Analytical mindset
* Proactive attitude and openness to new ideas
A major plus:
* Experience in logistics / e-commerce / supply chain
* Programme management experience (several related projects)
* Experience working on integration or technical projects
* Understanding of APIs, system architecture or data flow
* Experience with high-load or scalable products
* Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum)
Accountability for results:
* Planning and managing projects/programmes (scope, timeline, budget, resources)
* Developing roadmaps and milestones and monitoring their achievement
* Coordinating cross-functional teams (IT, business, finance, operations)
* Managing resources and priorities within constraints
* Organising regular project processes (status meetings, planning, demos, retrospectives)
* Monitoring task completion, deadlines and the quality of deliverables
* Identifying, assessing and managing risks and dependencies
* Communicating with stakeholders, including senior management and clients
* Preparing project status reports (progress, risks, blockers, budget)
* Ensuring implementation aligns with business requirements
* Coordinating the integration of project outcomes into the company’s operational activities
* Maintaining project documentation (plans, minutes, presentations)
