Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a passionate, proactive, and results-driven Event Manager to organize the company’s events all over the world.
Responsibilities
* Calculate and execute event budgeting for your own offline and online events, co-marketing events with partners, and external events.
* Coordinate and set tasks for content, UX design, design, and promotional campaigns for events across internal departments.
* Prepare internal plans, processes, briefings, POCs, and other deliverables for event approval, coordination, and execution.
* Search for and coordinate communications with vendors, venues, technology, and event service providers.
* Coordinate Creatio Community involvement in events, such as event sponsorships, customer travel support and coordination, community invitations, etc.
* Personally execute or coordinate the preparation and running of online events (including landing page development, software selection, broadcast execution, etc.).
* Execute event support tasks for major communication platforms and channels (such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Vimeo, etc.).
* Ensure event support for the company’s participation in external events and co-marketing activities with partners.
* Manage events in CRM (including event execution, audience management, and analytics).
* Collect and prepare post-event analysis (incl. budget reports, event audience analytics, etc.).
* Generate ideas and coordinate supplies for brand merchandise, printing, and SWAG for Creatio offices and events worldwide.
* Participate in internal brainstorms and external cooperation to develop ideas for brand promotion initiatives, events, and special projects.
* Provide expert support for event-related tasks across other company projects and departments.
Requirements
* At least 4 years of experience in event management, preferably in global markets.
* Knowledge of the event services market and event management methodology for global markets.
* Ability to find and negotiate the most favorable terms.
* Ability to find out-of-the-box solutions for event execution.
* Fluency in written and conversational English.
* Desire to deep-dive into IT.
* Successful experience in attracting target audiences to events — a plus.
* Experience organizing IT events — a plus
