About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join an already established team on a long-term outstaff engagement with our UK client — a fast-growing company delivering AI-powered software that helps large companies run customer service more efficiently.
Required skills, experience, and knowledge
* 4+ years of Product Manager experience, ideally B2B SaaS/enterprise tech
* Strong Agile delivery experience
* Advanced English (daily communication with a UK team)
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmaps and OKRs
* Experience with conversational AI or NLP
* Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data/AI, sales, operations, and executives
Nice to have
* Experience with contact center or customer service platforms (e.g. Genesys, Salesforce, Amazon Connect, Twilio)
* Experience with international clients or outstaffing delivery models
Responsibilities
* Drive product vision and roadmap for AI-driven customer experience solutions
* Turn client needs and business goals into a prioritized backlog, user stories, and specs
* Work closely with engineering, design, and QA across the full product lifecycle
* Engage directly with enterprise clients to gather requirements
* Track product metrics and make data-driven roadmap decisions
* Communicate regularly with stakeholders and leadership on progress and plans
* Define requirements and acceptance criteria for AI, data, and integration features
