About The Role
We’re looking for a Deep Tech Community Coordinator to build and grow our global deep tech community from the ground up.
You’ll be responsible for attracting and engaging the right audience, creating community initiatives and content, organizing events, building ecosystem partnerships, and growing a strong network of deep tech professionals and founders.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with engineers, founders, universities, accelerators, investors, technology companies, and industry experts.
Responsibilities
Build and grow the community across Discord, Slack, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Attract and engage engineers, researchers, founders, and other deep tech professionals.
Create content and initiatives around AI, deep tech, industry trends, and career opportunities.
Organize webinars, workshops, meetups, interviews, and hackathons.
Research relevant conferences and events and identify opportunities for participation and networking.
Build partnerships with universities, accelerators, VC firms, deep tech companies, and other ecosystem players.
Build and maintain a strong network of deep tech professionals and founders.
Requirements
Experience building, growing, or managing tech, developer, founder, or professional communities.
Understanding of community growth, engagement, and activation.
Experience with platforms such as Discord, Slack, LinkedIn, Reddit, or similar.
Experience organizing community events and initiatives.
Strong networking, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to turn technical topics and trends into engaging content and initiatives.
Interest in AI, deep tech, and emerging technologies.
Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, content, and productivity.
High level of initiative, curiosity, and ownership.
Fluent English.
