We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an International Corporate Lawyer. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: * 3+ years of professional experience in Corporate and M&A and/or related fields; * Experience in the role of corporate lawyer/corporate administrator with international jurisdictions (Cyprus, Hong Kong etc.), as well as experience in opening, maintaining, and managing bank accounts, including handling banking relationships and compliance will be a plus; * Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills; * Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently; * Attention to detail, accuracy and care in a final product; * Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills in English (at least B2).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Companies registration, administration and other corporate matters; * Managing day to day activity of companies incorporated under the laws of different jurisdictions; * Filling in the relevant documentation provided by providers; * Coordinating with external corporate and legal agents; * Drafting different types of legal documents (e.g. PoAs, SPA, SHA, corporate resolutions, services agreements, employment contracts); * Performing legal research on different legal matters and preparing relevant reports.
