the role we are looking for a junior business analyst who is eager to grow in the adtech/programmatic space. this role is a great fit for someone with an analytical mindset, curiosity about technology, and a strong desire to dive deep into the product.
what you will be working on
help gather and structure client requirements for new features and enhancements under the guidance of senior colleagues; participate in translating business needs into clear and actionable product requirements; conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies in ad tech; assist in preparing documentation: specifications, guides, and technical feature descriptions; collaborate with the tech team to clarify implementation details; gradually take on more ownership of features, from idea to task definition.
your background
experience as a business analyst of 6+ months or relevant experience in technical support / account management / customer success (preferably in ad tech or a related field) of 1+ years; strong analytical thinking and ability to work with data: structure information, spot patterns, and draw well-founded conclusions; experience or understanding of the principles behind creating technical/product documentation; basic understanding of the requirements-gathering process and how to translate it into a feature description for the development team; proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated on trends in business analytics and ad tech; willingness to work on product development and improvements; english: upper-intermediate and above, both verbal and written;
bonus skills
basic understanding of adtech/programmatic/openrtb — advertising platforms, ssp/dsp, ad exchanges (willingness to learn quickly if hands-on experience is still limited); knowledge of jira and confluence.
