As EverHelp is constantly growing, we are looking for a Sales Manager. The mission of this role is to attract new B2B clients and sell customer support outsourcing, multilingual support, back-office operations, and AI-enhanced customer support solutions to companies across all over the world.
The working schedule is full-time, remote, and Europe-based.
Your future responsibilities include:
* Qualify and manage B2B leads (inbound, outbound, and referral);
* Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their support needs;
* Prepare commercial proposals together with the delivery and operations teams;
* Close deals and ensure a smooth handover to Account Management and Delivery teams;
* Maintain CRM — HubSpot hygiene: deal stages, next steps, decision process, stakeholders, forecast, close date, and risks;
* Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, client feedback, vertical trends, and common objections;
* Contribute to improving the sales process, ICP, messaging, outreach logic, and proposal structure.
Needed experience & skills:
* 2+ years of experience in B2B sales;
* English level — C1 or higher;
* Hands-on experience with B2B sales processes: discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing;
* Experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot;
* Ability to manage longer sales cycles and work with multiple stakeholders;
* Strong ownership, structure, and ability to work independently.
Nice to have skills:
* Experience selling AI or automation solutions for support operations;
* German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch at B2+ level.
