We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of payment product development and optimization across LATAM markets.
In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of payment solutions, including APMs, payment rails, wallets, PSPs, and crypto on/off-ramps. You will play a key role in build vs. buy decisions and lead products through the full development lifecycle — from requirements gathering to successful launch and optimization.
This is a hands-on position for an experienced product professional who can translate business needs into clear technical requirements and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient payment products.
Key Responsibilities
— Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of payment solutions across LATAM (Argentina, Chile, Peru)
— Conduct requirements analysis and define product strategy for new payment methods, APMs, PSPs, and crypto solutions
— Evaluate and recommend build vs. buy approaches (in-house development, white-label, or hybrid models)
— Perform vendor research and comparison for potential white-label or hybrid components
— Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications (BRD, FRD, user stories, API specs, workflow diagrams)
— Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and ensure accurate implementation
— Define user journeys for deposits, withdrawals, APMs, card flows, crypto, and payouts
— Align with stakeholders across tech, operations, compliance, risk, and finance
— Participate in SIT/UAT processes and monitor product performance, identifying risks and driving improvements
Requirements
— 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst
— Strong hands-on experience in defining business and functional requirements
— Solid understanding of payments domain: APMs, PSPs, payment gateways, card schemes, bank transfers, wallets, settlement, and reconciliation
— Good knowledge of crypto exchange concepts (liquidity aggregation, custody models, wallets, on/off-ramp mechanics, blockchain basics)
— Experience preparing complete specification packages (BRD, FRD, user stories, API specs, workflow diagrams)
— Familiarity with integration patterns, REST APIs, WebSockets, and SDLC processes
— Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to Have
— Experience working with crypto platforms, exchanges, or digital asset products
— Knowledge of payments, KYC, and AML frameworks in LATAM (Argentina, Chile, Peru)
— Experience with Jira and Confluence
