We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will take ownership of our paid acquisition direction and build scalable performance marketing from the ground up.

What you’ll do
* Build and launch paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads and other relevant paid channels.
* Develop and test acquisition strategies for B2B and B2C audiences.
* Set up and optimize campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budgets and creatives.
* Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research.
* Develop hypotheses and run A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance.
* Track and analyze key performance metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and overall funnel efficiency.
* Work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Product teams to align paid acquisition with business goals.
* Collaborate with designers and copywriters on ad creatives and messaging.
* Build clear reporting and provide actionable insights based on campaign data.
* Identify new paid channels and opportunities for scaling acquisition.
* Set up and improve tracking and attribution together with the relevant team members.
What we’re looking for
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in PPC / Performance Marketing / Paid Acquisition.
* Proven experience launching and managing campaigns in Google Ads.
* Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads or other paid channels.
* Experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, Crypto or other tech products is a strong advantage.
* Understanding of both B2B and B2C acquisition funnels.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data.
* Experience with Google Analytics / GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.
* Understanding of attribution, CAC, LTV and ROAS.
* Ability to independently build a paid acquisition function rather than only manage existing campaigns.
* Strong experimentation mindset: you don’t just launch campaigns — you constantly test, analyze and optimize.
* English B2+ or higher.
