WHAT PROJECTS WILL YOU BE ENGAGED IN...
Our client is a startup in the Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) industry. Together with the client, we are developing a cloud-based platform supporting physicians in surgical planning.
As part of our team, you will contribute to building a scalable and secure solution across frontend and backend components. You will work within a team of 3–4 software developers in close collaboration with our client and other stakeholders.
WHAT WILL YOU DEAL WITH... * Develop and maintain frontend and backend components of a cloud-based medical software platform * Implement and integrate APIs, data flows, and application logic across the platform * Contribute to scalable, secure, and maintainable software architecture * Collaborate closely with the client, product stakeholders, and a small development team * Support documentation, testing, reviews, and quality measures expected in a regulated software environment * Participate in code reviews, CI/CD improvements, and continuous engineering quality work
HOW YOU ARE GOING TO CONVINCE US... * University degree in computer science, business informatics or similar field * Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial software development * Solid experience as a Fullstack Developer * Practical experience with modern web frontend technologies, including TypeScript, HTML5, CSS and a modern frontend framework (e.g., Angular, React or Vue.js) * Backend development experience using C#/.NET and scalable web services and APIs * Experience with RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and integration of external services * Familiarity with relational databases and data modelling (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) * Good understanding of software quality, testing, maintainability, and code reviews * Fluent English for collaboration with international teams and customers * Fluent in written and spoken English
YOU SCORE ADDITIONALLY WITH... * Experience in medical technology: Product Development (IEC62304, IEC 62366, ISO 14971) * Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) * Understanding of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code * Enthusiasm, flexibility, enjoyment of performance * German language skills will be a great advantage
